 | WELLER, Lester Irvin (1919-1993)- son of Harvey James WELLER (1885-1959) and Mary Rachel MOORE (1895-1979); pictured at Camp Haan near Riverside, CA, a training facility. He first served in the Army National Guard in WW II. He joined 8 April 1941 in California and two months later joined the Army. He transferred to Battery D, 217 Coast Artillery Anti-aircraft at Camp Haan near Riverside, CA. He was later assigned to Treasure Island at San Francisco, CA.
